Services for Professionals Dear Professional club member: Please find detailed below the conditions that regulate the use of this service. • Protur Hotels is holder of the operating rights of the images contained in these image archives. • Protur Hotels authorizes those professionals with credited access by means of "user" and "password" codes to gain access to the images for the sole and exclusive purpose of promoting the hotel establishments of the hotel chain Protur Hotels. It does not permit these images be used for promotions not connected with the interests of Protur Hotels. • This concession is free of charge and non-exclusive, the non-exclusive concessionary is permitted to use the images as per the agreement and concurrently with other concessionaries. • Protur Hotels concedes to the professional users the rights of reproduction, distribution and communication of the images. The reproduction can be either on paper or by electronic means. This right is dependant on the activity being for the sole purpose of promoting the establishments of Protur Hotels. • The transformation, modification or retouching of the images is expressly forbidden. • The given rights can be exercised in any country in the world. • The professional users commit themselves to revising the image archives to avoid the use of declassified images.
