Juan Guiscafré has worked in the hotel industry in Germany, France & Monaco in establishments of International renown, five star Hotels & restaurants with Michelin stars.
Under the guidance of the manager Antoni Puigserver, Mr Guiscafré will help in the management of the Protur Biomar Gran & Spa**** with its 5 restaurants, the 3500m² Biomar Spa and an infinite list of other possibilities that the hotel has to offer.
